Finnish Flat Barley Bread filled with Reindeer, Cream cheese with chives and Salad

How to make 1 piece for 150 people:

15 Finnish flat barley bread (or tortillas)600 g reindeer thin slices700 g cream cheese with chives4 salads

Spread the cream cheese evenly on barley bread and place the reindeer slices and salad on top.

Roll the bread like showed above.

Cut approximetely in 3 cm pieces.

Finnish Rye Buttons with Salmon, Cream cheese and Dill

How to make:
150 rye buttons

Salmon paste:
600g Smoked salmon
700 g Cream cheese flavoured with herbs or chive
4 dl Double cream
Lemon juice
Black pepper

Mix all the ingredients of salmon paste. Put the buttons on plates and fill them with salmon paste.

How to make 1 baking tray

200 g butter
2 dl sugar
2 eggs
2 dl ryeflour
2 dl wheatflour
1 dl grahamflour
2 ts baking powder

Filling:
4 dl Nordic kind of sour cream
6 tablespoonful of sugar (ruokalusikallista)
2 ts vanillasugar
2 eggs
7 dl blueberries

On the top:
sprinkle 1 tablespoonful of potatoflour with your fingertips

Also you need:
1-2 dl wheatflour
bakingpaper

Foam butter and suger. Add eggs and mixed flour. Spread paste on the baking tray covered with bakingpaper. Use some flour while spreading. Add berries, mix filling and pour it on the mixture. And sprinkle 1 tablespoonful of potatoflour with your fingertips. Bake it in the oven, 200 degree for about 30 minutes.
